individual therapy
Individual therapy, also known as psychotherapy or counseling, is a one-on-one treatment process where a person works with a licensed mental health professional to explore thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and personal challenges. Using biblical principles, it provides a confidential, supportive space to address issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, or life transitions. Through guided conversation and evidence-based techniques, the therapist helps the individual gain insight, develop coping strategies, and work toward personal growth and emotional well-being.
microcurrent neurofeedback
Microcurrent neurofeedback is a non-invasive brain training technique that uses extremely low electrical currents to stimulate and support the brain’s natural ability to regulate itself. During a session, sensors are placed on the scalp to monitor brainwave activity, and subtle microcurrents are delivered to help disrupt dysfunctional patterns and promote balance. This process is thought to encourage the brain to "reset," leading to improvements in conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and sleep disturbances. Many users report feeling calmer, more focused, and emotionally stable after a series of sessions.
group therapy
The group setting fosters connection, reduces feelings of isolation, and allows participants to learn from diverse perspectives, all while working toward personal growth and emotional healing within a shared therapeutic space.
infrared therapy
Infrared therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses infrared light to penetrate the skin and promote healing at the cellular level. Unlike visible light, infrared light reaches deep into tissues, muscles, and joints, stimulating circulation, reducing inflammation, and supporting the body’s natural repair processes. Commonly used for pain relief, muscle recovery, improved skin health, and relaxation, infrared therapy can also be beneficial in reducing trauma symptoms. Many people find it beneficial for chronic pain conditions, stress reduction, and overall wellness. In combination with microcurrent neurofeedback, infrared therapy is an excellent and natural way to repair body systems and can be used in combination with traditional medicine.
couples therapy
Guided by a trained therapist and grounded in biblical principles, couples work together in a safe and neutral setting to explore patterns in their relationship, understand each other’s perspectives, and develop healthier ways of interacting. The goal is to strengthen the emotional bond, resolve conflicts constructively, and foster greater intimacy and mutual support.
somatic experiential room
A somatic experiential room is a specially designed therapeutic space that supports body-centered, experiential approaches to healing and self-regulation. Rooted in somatic therapy principles, this room offers tools and environments—such as sensory objects, movement space, calming lighting, and grounding materials—that help individuals reconnect with their physical sensations, emotions, and internal experiences. It encourages clients to process trauma, stress, or emotional blocks through body awareness, movement, and mindfulness rather than talk therapy alone. The goal is to promote nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a deeper mind-body connection.
